Model 231 is aimed at promoting and reinforcing a corporate culture based on ethical values, fairness and transparency in business and corporate operations, thereby preventing any risk of potential unlawful conduct in relation to the Decree.
It consists of a set of rules, principles and procedures for all Adesital people and business partners, which govern the Company’s operating and management and the ways in which it interacts with the outside world, in order to prevent the committing or attempted committing of offences referred to the Decree for which the Company may be liable.
